Accommodation Reservation
MAKING A RESERVATION

The reservation is valated only if you have received a confirmation of Cruises Halong and upon your payment of deposit
Amendments to your reservation must be notified to and agreed by Cruises Halong
CANCELLATIONS AND CANCELLATION FEES
All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to us via fax or email. You do not have to pay any cancellation fee if you cancel your reservation more than 15-days before the check-in date. Only an administration fee of US$ 5.00 apply.
Otherwise, if you cancel your reservations 15-days or less to the check-in date, the cancellation fee equivalent to your reservation value of 01-night is charged due to hotel charges we incur for guest no shows.
Tour Bookings
CHILD DISCOUNT
One child under 6 years is generally granted a reduction of 50% of the tour price, proved that he/she is accompanied by at least two full paying adults and stays in the same room. An extra bed is proved free of charge.
DEPOSIT
A deposit of 30% of the tour price per person is required upon confirmation of your booking. (If this amount is less than $100, a $100 per person deposit will apply). Once a deposit is received it is understood that you have read, understood and accepted all our Terms and Conditions. The remaining balance of the tour price (70%) is due upon arrival in Vietnam, payable at one of our office in Hanoi or the others appointed in the confirmation
PAYMENT:
1. By Letter of Authorization
Cruises Halong accepts VISA, MasterCard. Please be advised that there is a surcharge of 3% for Visa and Master card payment. Kindly follow the following instructions to complete the payment process. After receiving your, we will send you an invoice for your accounting purpose by fax or email.
Print out the " Form of Authorization Letter " and fill out all required information.
Please enclose : one copy paper of the credit card both sides and one copy of the passport ( first page) with entity and photo
Please fill out the CVV / CVC code which are the three digits on the back of your credit card.
Kindly note that the charge of your card will be appeared as First Choice Co.; Ltd.

Note: bank fees is on your side. Bank credit transfer as well as expenses, which must be charged by the customer, are credited on the above account.
Cash payment: Only after the agreement of the two parties paying for the remaining balance at our office
Travellers’ cheque: Only after the agreement of the two parties; in this case, 2.00% of expenses are charged by customer paying for the remaining balance at our office.
Credit card: For payment by credit card, 3.0 % of expenses are charged by customers. This is for paying the balance in our offices.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to us via fax or email. The following rules apply for cancellations:
• More than 14 days prior to departure: The total deposit paid to us will be valid for one (1) year from the date the deposit was received. During this time (365 days) the amount can be applied to other tours and services if available. After one (1) year the deposit amount is forfeited.
• Less than 14 days prior to departure: Complete forfeiture of deposit, due to hotel/ boat charges we incur for guest no-shows.
UNUSED SERVICES
No refunds or exchanges can be made with respect to accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services, included in the tour price, but not utilized by the tour members.
Travel documents will be compiled after the deposit has been received and are sent two or three weeks prior to departure. These documents will be sent via email, and should be printed out by participants and retained as a receipt.
RESPONSIBILITY
All possible care is taken to ensure that our suppliers maintain the highest possible standards. However, we are not responsible in any way for problems, however they arise, that result from the booking of services we do not directly control.
First Choice, affiliated companies, servants or agents shall not be responsible or become liable in contract or tort for any injury, damage, loss, delay to person or property, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly due to any events beyond our control.
VALIDITY
This information is val at the time of publication but is subject to change without prior notice. However, should any changes occur, they will be posted on the website immediately. However, should the Terms and Conditions change after the deposit is paid, the Terms and Conditions under which the deposit was paid shall apply.
